Product Delivery Manager - Business Development

As a business development-focused Product Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for outreach efforts for both sales and partnerships. You’ll generate excitement about Socotra, from building first awareness, to fully developed customer or partner relationships. As leads move to sales you’ll advise prospects on how to best meet their business goals using Socotra and bring feedback to our product team to move the platform forward.


  • Generate customer and partnership leads
  • Convert leads into sales and partnerships
  • Represent Socotra at conferences and workshops worldwide
  • Create marketing materials
  • Guide customers through project definition
  • Manage ongoing client relationships


  • 5+ years of experience in IT business development or sales
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time (on average)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic programming experience
  • Willingness to be based at Socotra HQ
  • Comfort with ambiguity and handling demanding customers
  • Excitement for learning new technology
  • Strong bias towards collaboration and transparency
