Andy was previously a product manager at AppNexus, a derivatives trader at RBS and Greenwich Capital, and a bouncer at a goth club. He holds an MBA from UCLA and BS from Johns Hopkins.
Before Socotra, Chris built and led the DevOps team at Blizzard Entertainment and Hightail, keeping them scaled, secure, and tested. Chris is also a standup comedian with a pilot’s license. No joke.

Dan previously managed partnerships at Palantir and IT investing at Formation 8. He holds a MS in Computer Science from Stanford. He has played classical piano since age six.
Before Socotra, Dinesh led Palantir's expansion across Asia, and holds degrees from MIT and UC Berkeley. Dinesh has lived in Singapore, Dubai, Boston, and San Diego.
Ed is a former entrepreneur that has worked for CIRM, Fortune 500 publishing companies, and Pacific Bell. He once went skydiving, bungee jumping, and blackwater rafting on a single day.
Ekine previously worked on large scale machine learning problems at Oracle. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford. He was a 9-handicap golfer (a very long time ago).
Before Socotra, Harsh worked on mobile products at Google and AdMob. He holds a BA from UCLA and once backpacked from Cairo to Cape Town, on a solo trip across Africa.
Heidi has previous experience across startups and Fortune 500 companies. Before Socotra, Heidi worked on operations at Addepar, SkyFire, and Cisco Systems. In her spare time, she studies alternative therapies and biohacking.
Kevin previously worked on the engineering team at Palantir and holds a BA in Computer Science from UC Berkeley. In his free time, you’ll find him hanging out in San Francisco’s museums or playing board games.
Michael previously worked on processing supernova data at the Berkeley Institute for Data Science and holds a BA in Physics from UC Berkeley. He once built image sharing hardware using laser pointers and photodiodes.
Rafee previously worked as a product and deployed engineer at Palantir, and holds a degree from Carnegie Mellon University. His hobbies include skiing, hiking, driving, and rooting for the Steelers.
Rahul previously worked at Symantec and Hewlett-Packard and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley. Rahul is an avid aviation, motorcycling, and rock music enthusiast.
